How we handle your data
Short and plain: what we keep when you send a request, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep
Your name, phone or email, the way to reply and what you wrote in the form. We also note which page of the site the request came from.
Why
Only to reply to you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell your data and do not send advertising.
Who sees it
Only the people in the studio who answer requests. The request is stored in our database on Cloudflare. Notifications reach us by email and in a private Telegram chat — the Telegram message does not contain your phone number or email.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after the request is closed. Then your name, contacts and text are deleted automatically; only the request number and its type remain. Invoices are accounting documents, and we keep them for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
The site remembers only the language you chose. Visit statistics are collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies and without identifying you.
